These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for using AI Lean to browse, list, and coordinate Disney Vacation Club point rentals. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful rental activity.
Use of the platform
AI Lean provides a self-service marketplace experience for buyers and owners who want to connect around DVC point rental opportunities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including listings, booking requests, contact details, dates, and payment-related instructions.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, post misleading listings, interfere with other users, or use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Listings and booking requests
Owners are responsible for confirming that they have the points, reservation rights, and authority needed to offer a rental. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details, dates, resort information, room type, pricing, and cancellation expectations before proceeding.
A listing or request on AI Lean does not guarantee availability, a confirmed reservation, a specific room assignment, or any Disney Vacation Club or Disney resort benefit.
Payments and disputes
Unless a separate payment workflow is provided, users are responsible for their own payment arrangements and documentation. AI Lean may provide tools to help coordinate a rental, but users should independently verify the parties, reservation details, and terms before sending or accepting funds.
Users are expected to work in good faith to resolve disagreements. AI Lean may limit, suspend, or remove access for accounts or listings that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.
No professional advice
Information on the site is provided for general marketplace and planning purposes. AI Lean does not provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, travel, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Lean is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost funds, unavailable reservations, user disputes, travel disruptions, or third-party actions.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
Changes to these terms
AI Lean may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
