This disclaimer highlights important limitations and expectations for Disney Vacation Club point rentals coordinated through AI Lean.
Independent marketplace
AI Lean is an independent marketplace tool and is not owned, operated, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Disney, Disney Vacation Club, Disney Vacation Development, Disney Destinations, or any related Disney entity.
Disney, Disney Vacation Club, DVC, resort names, and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify relevant vacation ownership and resort information.
No guarantee of availability
DVC resort availability changes frequently and may be affected by booking windows, home resort priority, waitlists, room inventory, maintenance, policy changes, and owner point status. Listings and requests do not guarantee that a reservation can be made or modified.
Room views, locations, bedding, accessibility features, and specific unit assignments are controlled by the resort and cannot be guaranteed by AI Lean or by an owner unless confirmed directly through the applicable reservation process.
Owner and buyer responsibilities
Owners are responsible for understanding and following DVC membership rules, banking and borrowing limits, transfer restrictions, cancellation policies, and any other terms that apply to their points or reservations.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing reservation details, payment terms, refund expectations, travel insurance needs, identification requirements, and resort policies before committing to a rental.
Rental terms and policy changes
DVC rules, Disney resort policies, taxes, fees, occupancy limits, parking policies, benefits, and access to amenities may change. A confirmed rental may still be subject to policies controlled by Disney or the applicable resort.
Some owner benefits, membership perks, discounts, events, or special access may not transfer to renters. Buyers should not assume that any member-only benefit is included unless it is specifically confirmed by the owner and permitted by current rules.
Verification encouraged
Users should independently verify the other party, the reservation, payment instructions, cancellation expectations, and any required guest information. Consider using written agreements, secure payment methods, and appropriate travel protection for significant travel purchases.
